Northern California’s First Nerium National Marketing Director

After 10 months from the date of enrolling as a Brand Partner, Suzette reaches the Rank of National Marketing Director but didn’t stay there long because as soon as she hit NMD she jumped one more rank to One Star NMD because of the awesome team leader, Sue Bradley already achieving the rank of NMD.

That’s the amazing thing about this company and compensation plan.  Sue was sponsored by Suzette yet Sue reached the higher rank before Suzette did but that didn’t penalize Suzette. Why?
